目前支持的windows版本是：

官方文档虽然说不支持中文语言，但是其实可以通过修改cmd的窗口代码页来实现。
默认情况下：

修改窗口代码页，为consolas
如果cmd的默认代码页属性修改不了，那么修改注册表：
1 win键+R打开“运行”对话框，输入regedit打开注册表编辑器。
2 找到 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console\%SystemRoot%_system32_cmd.exe]
3 修改”CodePage”=十进制，65001
另外，如果不修改注册表，session级修改也可以。

3.开始运行osw

开始运行osw，如下是表示每隔30秒收集一次，收集24小时。

其实windows版本的oswatcher，是调用了windows系统的性能监视器。
单击“开始”，在“开始搜索”框中单击，键入 perfmon，就可以打开性能监视器。添加监控项目。而已经安装oswatcher的性能监视器，如下图所示：
